Pets

Per the rules and regulations of your Community and per the CC&Rs of your community all pets must remain on a leash when outside of the home or not enclosed in the rear yard. All pets must be on a leash in the common area including the front yard of your home.

If pets are caught off a leash a violation letter will be sent to you addressing the issue.
