Parking Reminders

As a reminder, all members should be utilizing their garage to park at least two vehicles within them. Vehicles should not be parked on the aprons at anytime as these are considered a fire lane and your vehicle is subject to tow at the owners expense.

If you will be having a visitor, please be sure to contact Patrol One to safelist your visitors vehicle. No members should be utilizing visitor parking at anytime.

If you have three or more vehicles, members can apply for a reserved spot. Only one reserved spot per unit will be issued due to the limited number of reserved spots within the community.
