Parking Safelist Reminder
Posted By batkinson on September 25, 2023
Safelisting is between midnight and 6am.
NOTE: Guest parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis. A safelist does not guarantee you a space. To safelist a vehicle, each homeowner/tenant is responsible for creating a “Safelist Profile” by visiting the Patrol One website at www.patrol-one.com. A unique activation code was provided to each homeowner at the implementation of the program and will be required to activate your profile. Once activated, each homeowner will be able to log into their “Safelist Profile”. To safelist a guest vehicle, you will need to provide the license plate number of the vehicle being safelisted. Each unit is limited to 60 safelisting days per year, utilizing only 15 in a 90 day rolling window. If your guest is staying longer than the maximum allowed days, you must contact the management company. Must be current on dues/assessments with no open violations to safelist any vehicle.
New owners needing an activation code, contact management. Activation code provided to owner, unless written authorization is provided for tenant to be provided with the unique activation code.
Guest vehicles parked in common area parking between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, do not need to be safelisted. As a reminder, all members should be utilizing their garage to park at least two vehicles within them. Vehicles should not be parked on the aprons at anytime as these are considered a fire lane and your vehicle is subject to tow at the owners expense.
As a Reminder- No residents should be utilizing visitor parking at anytime. This is for guests only.
The Parking Rules are available on the resident portal, resident.actionlife.com
